    CARIBOU – Bertha G. Ouellette, 86, passed away, October 22, 2014, at Cary Medical Center. She was born in Caribou on August 14, 1928, the daughter of Ovid and Laura (Levesque) LeClair.
    She was a faithful life long member of Sacred Heart Church, a supportive and loving farmer’s wife, and loved her family and community; she also loved her bingo family.
    She is survived by her son, Harold Ouellette and his partner, Vicki Martin; her daughter, Ruth Chamberlain; and her brother, Ernest Soucy. She will also be missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many godchildren.
    In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth June Ouellette; her son, Gerald Ouellette; her daughter, Helen Thibodeau and her husband, Roger; her siblings: Amanda Kidney, Addis Levesque, Romeo Levesque, Clifford LeClair, Edgar Levesque; and a son-in-law, Donald Chamberlain.
    Friends and family called on Sunday, October 26, 2014, from 6-8 p.m., at Lancaster Morgan Funeral Home, 11 Clover St., Caribou. Vigil prayers were at 5:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial was held at 11 a.m., on Monday, Oct. 27, at Parish of the Precious Blood, Sacred Heart Catholic Church in North Caribou. Interment followed services at Sacred Heart Cemetery, followed by a reception at the Parish Hall.
