CARIBOU, Maine — A special display of photographs and other items related to the winter carnivals, sportsman shows and snow queen pageants of the 1930s and ‘40s will be held at the Caribou Historical Center and Museum, located at 1033 Presque Isle Rd, on Saturday, Feb. 8, Saturday, Feb. 15, Saturday, Feb. 22 and Saturday, March 1 between the hours of noon and 4 p.m.
All are encouraged to stop by, investigate and reminisce about some of the winter sports activities of the past.
