Maine Cancer Foundation’s Twilight 5K

Maine Cancer Foundation’s Twilight 5K is a beautiful sunset walk/run event hosted on the breathtaking Southern Maine Community College Campus. The scenic waterfront course offers a 1.2 mile walk or a full 5K run in full view of Casco Bay. Featuring free pizza, beer and live music at the finish, this inspirational event is open to individuals and teams, and offers a fun way for anyone to raise valuable funds support the fight against cancer in Maine. Twilight 5K participants have raised more than half a million dollars to support a wide array of efforts to battle cancer, including research, prevention, early detection, and supporting survivors.
