Madawaska selectmen slate Nov. 19 meeting

MADAWASKA, Maine — The Madawaska Board of Selectmen will meet at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at the Town Office Council Chambers.


Chairman Don Chasse will call the meeting to order and establish a quorum. 

Article 1 – Pledge of Allegiance. 

Article 2 – To Consider Other Business and Adjustments to the Agenda. 

Article 3 – Public Participation. 

Article 4 – To Consider the Treasurers Warrants. 

Article 5 – To Consider the Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes of October 15, 2019, and November 12, 2019. 

Article 6 – To Consider an Amendment to the BOS Two Hour Meeting Break Policy, 

Article 7 – To Consider the 2019-2020 Snowmobile Graint in Aid Program Application. 

Article 8 – To Consider the Resignation of a Finance Committee Member. 

Article 9 – To Consider the New Motor Vehicle Registration Fees Approved by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. 

Article 10 – To Consider the 2019-2020 General Assistance Appendices. 

Article 11 – To Consider Equipment Rental Rate Recommendations by the Recreation Department. 

Article 12 – To Consider the Release of a Tax Acquired Property by QuitClaim Deed. 

Article 13 – To Consider the VRF and NARAA Committee Reports. 

Article 14 – Town Manager’s Report.
