Foresters present raffle proceeds

Catholic Order of Foresters Vice Chief Ranger of St. Louis Court 230 Pauline Bouchard (second from right) presents Rev. Jean Paul Labrie (center) a matching fund award of $1,500 from the COF high court for a successful raffle completed recently.
