F.A. Peabody promotes Bouley to assistant branch supervisor

MADAWASKA, Maine – Troy Heald, Northern Aroostook district manager for F.A. Peabody Insurance, is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Bouley to assistant branch supervisor for the Madawaska branch.

In addition to Bouley’s new role, she will continue her duties as senior account manager and sales producer. Bouley started as a personal lines service agent in 2017, moved to the position of rewrite/renewal specialist in 2020, and was promoted to her most recent roles in the summer of 2021. She lives in Madawaska with her husband Wayne and her sons, Nathanael and Lucas.

“I am looking forward to making the Madawaska branch of F.A. Peabody Insurance a well-rounded and sought after location for everyone’s insurance needs. Growing our clientele is always a number one priority, while also providing the best customer service to all current and new customers,” Bouley says.

Heald states, “In just a few short years, Heather has proven she is able to handle increased responsibilities and duties. In this additional role she will aid the Northern Aroostook District Supervisor Diane DuMont with supervision and management of staff in Madawaska as well as help in branch planning and development. We are excited for our future opportunities in the St. John Valley with Heather being a significant part of that process.”
