Easter Eggstravaganza Raffle of Baskets coming to Fort Kent

FORT KENT, Maine — The Greater Fort Kent Area Chamber of Commerce will hold an Easter Eggstravaganza Raffle of Baskets fundraiser in April.  

An array of Easter baskets filled with prizes for children and adults will be raffled off  with tickets available for 50 cents each or 10 for $5.

The most famous rabbit in the world, the Easter Bunny, will make an appearance at the event to pose for photos. 

Businesses or people wishing to participate by donating a basket of items should reach out to the chamber by Wednesday, April 6. 

The Eggstravaganza will take place from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at Lonesome Pine Trails Lodge, with basket winners announced live at 4:15 p.m. 

The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures from 10 to 11 a.m. and from 1 to 2 p.m.
