FORT KENT, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Fort Kent Courthouse during the month of August.

Justin R. Cormier, 28, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; filed without cost; criminal mischief, filed without cost.

Katherine V. Burby, 37, Ashland: probation violation, 25 days in jail, probation revoked, probation continued. 

Bruce R. Lavertu, 55, St. Agatha: domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Wesley Smith, 35, Van Buren: domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Cody Overlock, 20, Allagash: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Cody Overlock, 20, Allagash: night hunting, $1,000 fine, 48 hours in jail; possession of antlerless deer, 24 hours in jail. 

Dylan Pelletier, 28, St. John Plantation: probation violation, nine months in jail, probation revoked.

Diane Tracy, 60, Fort Fairfield: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

Andrew Armand Castonguay, 58, Van Buren: burglary; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first), $350 fine (second); criminal trespass, $350 fine.

Keith Smith, 30, Lincoln: domestic violence assault (three counts), acquitted (each); domestic violence reckless conduct, acquitted; criminal mischief, $200 fine. 

Cameron J. St. Germain, 20, Fort Kent: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed; criminal mischief, $300 fine, $1,200 restitution.

Craig A. Cyr, 32, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized use of property, $500 fine.

Scott L. Cyr, 40, Madawaska: failing to stop for officer, dismissed.

Dianne Bouchard, 71, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Craig A. Cyr, 32, Madawaska: criminal trespass, $200 fine.

Tyler J. Saucier, 35, Madawaska: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, one year in prison; operating under the influence (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 90 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; failing to stop for officer, 90 days in jail.

Tyler J. Saucier, 35, Madawaska: eluding an officer, one year in prison; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, five years in prison all but 25 months suspended, two years probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Nicole R. Hall, 33, Linneus: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years probation.
