Caribou Criminal Docket, July 2021

CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse in July.

Michael Vaughn, 39, Waterville: assault, $300 fine.

Brooke L. Dinatale, 24, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer,  $250 fine, 10 days in jail, $267.66 restitution.

Ashley L. Rediker, 33, Caribou: assault, $300 fine.

Michael D. Gray, 36, Caswell: operating vehicle without a license, $250 fine.

Anthony Fink, 36, Blaine: operating under the influence (alcohol), $700 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Damian D. Simoneau, 28, Presque Isle: probation violation, 20 months in prison, probation revoked.

Brian J. Cyr, 40, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Regina Demoura-Avilla, 66, Woodland: operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Justin L. Steggall, 26, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Eric M. Beckwith, 45, Caribou: unlawful possession of methamphetamine, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, nine months in jail, all suspended, one year probation, $120 restitution.

Amie Marie Saucier, 36, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Heather A. Guzeika, 41, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; $1,000 fine.

Danielle M. McBreairty, 31, Caribou: attaching false plates, dismissed.

Amie Joseph Bouchard Jr., 37, negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts), dismissed (first), six months in jail, $621.76 restitution (second).

Justin L. Steggall, 26, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Shawn L. Beaulieu, 49, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail.

Aaron Dodd, 27, Caribou: theft by unauthorized use of property, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail.

Damian D. Simoneau, 28, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 60 days in jail.

Matthew A. Adams, 44, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Aaron Dodd, 27, Woodland: violating condition of release, six months in jail.

Samantha M. Moulton, 42, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.

Aaron Dodd, 27, Woodland, burglary, five years in prison, all suspended, two years probation, $29,341.81 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, five years in prison, all suspended, two years probation, $29,341.81 restitution; aggravated criminal mischief, five years in prison, all suspended, two years probation, $29,341.81 restitution; violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.

Matthew A. Adams, 44, Caribou: violating condition of release, $200 fine, $100 suspended; displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $150 fine.

Lyn C. Tarbox, 53, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Brian J. Cyr, 40, Caribou: burning without a permit, $200 fine.

Kenyon Forsman, 20, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
