Creative after-school fun

FORT KENT, Maine — Chance Beaulieu of Fort Kent spent some time after school working on a giant paper airplane.

Beaulieu, who wants to be a carpenter when he grows up, constructed the 9-foot-long airplane from cardboard paper. He used duct tape and a staple gun to secure the airplane’s body.

The youngster’s parents are Keith and Angela Beaulieu.
