Slippery roads cause rollover involving teen driver
FORT KENT, Maine — A 17-year-old male was not injured when the pickup he was driving rolled over Sunday, Feb. 14.
Fort Kent Police responded to the single vehicle crash just before 4 p.m. Valentine’s Day on Blaine School Road.
The teen, a Fort Kent resident, was operating a 1997 Chevrolet pickup truck when he lost control of the vehicle. The Chevy left the roadway and rolled over.
The accident was caused by slippery road conditions, Fort Kent Police Chief Tom Pelletier said.
Twin’s Service Station towed the damaged pickup from the scene.
