FORT KENT, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Fort Kent Courthouse in August.

Christine M. Nadeau, 44, Fort Kent: domestic violence assault, 120 days in jail, probation revoked. 

Noah L. Daigle, 33, Edmunston: OUI (alcohol), license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine. 

Brenton J. Levesque, 27, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first); $500 fine (second).

Edith A. Pfeffer, 65, Madawaska: OUI (alcohol), dismissed; reckless conduct, $300 fine. 

Bobbie L. Martin, 38, St. Francis: domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine. 

Corey M. Raymond, 22, Caribou: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, 42 months in prison, all but 457 days suspended, 2 years probation, $120 restitution; unlawful possession of methamphetamine, dismissed. 

Keith D. Daigle, 46, Fort Kent: reckless operation of ATV, 30 days in jail, $1,000 fine; failing to stop all-terrain vehicle, 30 days in jail; failing to report ATV accident, personal injury or death, 30 days in jail.

Dexter B. Theriault, 24, Fort Kent: OUI (alcohol), license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine. 

McKayla D Soucy, 24, Van Buren: operating vehicle without license – conditions, restrictions, dismissed. 

Shawn C. Anderson, 24, Wallagrass: driving to endanger, filed on $300 costs. 

Ethan C. Gervais, 20, Madawaska: criminal trespass, $300 fine.

Ethan C. Gervais, 20, Madawaska: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine. 

Aimee D. Daigle, 38, St. Agatha: OUI (alcohol), license suspended for 150 days, $800 fine. 

Jessica R. Daigle, 45, Grand Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $57.85 restitution, $200 fine. 

Brittany Dubois, 28, Madawaska: assault, filed on $150 costs. 

Francis D. Thibeault, 63, Madawaska: OUI (alcohol), license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine.

Davis A. Hunter, 21, Spruce Head: use of unlawful implements, $150 fine. 

Ronald B. Guy, 36, Charlotte, North Carolina: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 5 days in jail. 

Jebediah Murphy- Dulac, age not listed, Westbrook: violating snowmobile noise level, $300 fine. 

Andrew Wing, 27, Dixmont: violating snowmobile noise level, $300 fine. 

Timothy L. Wideman, 56, Berne, New York: failing to provide and display registration, $150 fine.

Joshua Cushman, 47, Falmouth: violating snowmobile noise level, $300 fine.

Thomas Maxwell Devereux, 22, Bozeman, Montana: violating snowmobile noise level, $300 fine. 

Dereck Ouelette, 38, Frenchville: supervisor, parent, guardian of a minor who violated fishing provisions, $25 fine. 

Ryan Alan Mansir, 38, Pittston: checking cusk lines, $100 fine.

Jacob Guerrette, 18, St. Agatha: violating snowmobile noise level, $300 fine. 

Kevin P. Dechambeau, 49, East Bridgewater, Massachusetts: violating snowmobile noise level, $100 fine. 

Reed J. Devoe, 41, Eagle Lake: violating snowmobile noise level, $300 fine. 

Cole D. Bernier, 37, New Canada: violating snowmobile noise level, $100 fine. 

Tim M. Lambert, 59, T17-R4 WELS: unattended lines, $100 fine.

Eric Rybicki, 32, Middletown, New York: violating snowmobile noise level, $300 fine. 

Shawn M. Foley, 33, Castletown, Vermont: violating snowmobile noise level, $300 fine.
