Fort Kent Democratic Committee to offer free rides to polls
FORT KENT, Maine — Two volunteer members of the Fort Kent Democrats will offer free rides on Election Day, Nov. 3, for Fort Kent residents who may need a ride to go vote.
For more information contact the Fort Kent Democrats via Messenger through their Facebook page or call 834-5772 and leave a message. Someone will get back to callers to schedule rides.
Safety precautions are required. Face masks and hand sanitizer will be provided if needed.
Residents can also stop by the committee’s temporary office at the Century Theater lobby on Hall Street from 2 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday to schedule a ride or pick up candidate yard signs, pins and bumper stickers.
