Lonesome Pine Trails plans annual ski sale

FORT KENT, Maine — The ski trails will be open for business this winter at Lonesome Pine Trails in Fort Kent. Opening day of the popular ski resort will be Saturday, Dec. 12.

Downhill ski enthusiasts can prepare for the start of ski season at the annual Ski and Pass Sale at the Lonesome Pine Lodge.

Sellers can drop off ski equipment from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 21, at the Lodge. 

Shoppers can comb through the used and new equipment which includes skis, boots, poles, helmets, goggles and more from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 22. 

Season passes will be sold at a discounted rate on both days. 

Masks and social distancing are required to attend the sale.
