FORT KENT, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Fort Kent Courthouse during the month of April.

Larry Tarbox, 27, Madawaska: possession of sexually explicit material of minor under 12, 4 years in prison, all suspended, 2 years probation, $1,000 fine. 

Jeffrey B. Linscott, 56, St. Agatha: operating under the influence (alcohol), 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension, $1,000 fine.

Christopher E. Prest, 28, Woodland: theft by receiving stolen property, 9 months in jail, $75 restitution. 

Adam M. Bouchard, 25, Fort Kent: domestic violence terrorizing, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Tamara L. Plimmer, 55, Madawaska:  operating vehicle without license, filed on $100 costs. 

Kelby J. Desjardins, 47, Soldier Pond: failure to register vehicle, $100 fine. 

Gene N. Charette Jr., 41, Madawaska: domestic violence assault, 48 hours in jail, $200 fine. 

Ben J. Valcourt, 41, Eagle Lake: violating condition of release, $250 fine. 

Adam M. Bouchard, 25, Fort Kent: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 14 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 14 days in jail.   

Trevor K. Herbert, 28, Frenchville: unlawful possession of gift fish, $100 fine. 

Justin T. Coull, 21, Augusta: violating snowmobile noise level, $100 fine.

Ross O. Young, 20, Chelsea: violating snowmobile noise level, $100 fine.

Spencer Cookson, 24, Sheffield, Massachusetts: violating snowmobile noise level, $100 fine.

Shawn P. Rossignol, 39, Greenville, North Carolina: violating snowmobile noise level, $100 fine.
