Fort Kent man arrested following domestic disturbance
FORT KENT, Maine — A Fort Kent man was arrested and is facing multiple charges following a domestic disturbance on Saturday.
Sgt. Dalen Boucher of the Fort Kent Police Department responded to a caller’s report of a domestic disturbance on South Perley Brook Road shortly after 11 p.m.
Dale Morin, 52, had allegedly fled the scene by the time police arrived.
Boucher located Morin and charged him with burglary, violation of conditions of release, refusal to submit to arrest and domestic violence assault.
Aroostook County Sheriff’s Office and Maine State Police assisted at the scene. Police took Morin to Aroostook County Jail.
Morin will appear Friday, Sept. 11, at Fort Kent District Court.
