Fort Kent Criminal Docket, October 2019

FORT KENT, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Fort Kent Courthouse during the month of October.

Laura G. Doucette, 22, Madawaska: failure to stop, provide information, 10 hours of community service. 

Joshua Gregory Bernier, 22, Fort Kent: failure to notify of motor vehicle accident, license suspended 90 days, $250 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed.

Joshua Gregory Bernier, 22, Fort Kent: unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine. 

Amy Lynn Gauvin, 28, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed. 

Scott Gallant, 56, Bowdoinham: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.

Paul S. Quatrano, 64, East Longmeadow, Massachusetts: hunting deer after having killed one, dismissed; possession of antlerless deer, $1,000 fine.

Joseph Simms, 29, Selbyville, Delaware: probation violation, 10 months in prison, probation revoked. 

Noah L. Daigle, 32, Edmundston: violating condition of release, $300 fine. 

Christine M. Nadeau, 43, Fort Kent: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Ronald R. Bragg, 38, Holden: operating under the influence (alcohol), license suspended 150 days, $500 fine.

Terry L. Wain, 53, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, 30 days in jail, $1,000 fine. 

Britteny N. Finley, 31, Frenchville: criminal trespass, 7 days in jail.

Britteny N. Finley, 31, Frenchville: assault, 7 days in jail, $300 fine; criminal use of electronic weapon, 7 days in jail.

Gene N. Charette Sr., 66, Madawaska: assault, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed. 

Anthony Hawkins, 27, Eagle Lake: terrorizing, 30 days in jail all suspended, administrative release sentence 1 year. 

Christine M. Nadeau, 43, Fort Kent: misuse of public benefits instrument, $292.58 restitution, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; violating condition of release, $400 fine.

Tyler J. Saucier, 33, Madawaska: operating after habitual offender revocation, 30 days in jail, $500 fine; failure to stop, remain, provide information, 30 days in jail. 

Vanessa N. Barriere, 25, Frenchville: operating under the influence (alcohol), license suspended 150 days, $500 fine. 

 Britteny N. Finley, 31, Frenchville: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail all but 7 days suspended, 2 years probation; violating condition of release, 7 days in jail. 

Tucker L. Theriault, 26, Eagle Lake: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; violating condition of release, $150 fine. 

Lilly H. Holden, 22, Lewiston: Burning without a permit, $200 fine. 

Andrea N. Trantham, 27, Van Buren: hindering apprehension or prosecution, 48 hours in jail. 

Anthony M. Labreck, 25, Frenchville: operating while license suspended or revoked, 7 days in jail, license suspended for 1 year, $600 fine. 

Robert F. Webster, 51, Madawaska: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 30 days in jail all suspended, administrative release sentence 1 year. 

Louise M. Albert, 51, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed; criminal trespass, filed without costs; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine. 

Michael J. Laurin, 58, Eagle Lake: feeding/baiting deer, $350 fine. 

Ethan C. Gervais, 19, Madawaska: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $300 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Ethan C. Gervais, 19, Madawaska: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $2,000 fine. 

Ryan J. Morin, 25, Madawaska: furnishing liquor to minor, $1,000 fine; allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed. 

Yoel Gonzalez, 44, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $22.99 restitution, $250 fine. 

Kenneth J. McDermott, 61, Madawaska: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $2,000 costs. 

Robert Anthony Lombardi, 50, Madawaska: criminal mischief, $100 restitution, $250 fine, all suspended. 

Dale Neil Herbert, 51, St. David: failing to report wounding, taking or killing, filed on $200 costs; wasting a wild bird or wild animal, dismissed.
