Student serves as page at Maine Senate

Megan Collin of Madawaska High School, center, and her father, Michael Collin, meet with Senate President Troy Jackson, D-Allagash, in the Maine Senate Chamber in Augusta, where Collin recently served as an honorary page.

Honorary pages see what it is like to work on the floor of the Senate and be part of a legislative session, performing such duties as delivering messages to senators and distributing amendments and supplements in the chamber. To learn more about the page program, contact President Jackson’s office at (207) 287-1500.
