PAWS pet of the week – Molly

PAWS Animal Welfare Shelter presents Molly as the Pet of the Week. This petite all-grey girl survived several winters out in the bitter cold. Finally, last winter Molly went into a kind person’s apartment and gave birth to her litter of kittens. She and six kittens went to a loving foster home, where they were well fed and cared for. The kittens grew up well, were socialized, spayed/neutered and then adopted. Because Molly had lived outside for several years, she was timid and untrusting, but has made great progress in her foster home. Due to a medical condition, she is on a special diet. She tries to eat the other cats’ food, which isn’t good for her health, so PAWS hopes she can go to a forever home soon. Because she is a shy girl, it will take her some time and patience to warm up to a new environment, and PAWS does not want to have Molly transition again. She is 7-8 years old, spayed and up to date on her immunizations. To see her, contact PAWS at 543-7348.
