St. John Valley weather for July 17-23, 2019

ST. JOHN VALLEY, Maine — A cold front will move through this afternoon with showers and possibly some thunderstorms followed by high pressure building down from the northwest tonight. High pressure will ease tomorrow with southerly flow setting up. Increasingly humid, moist air will move in Friday ahead of a frontal system that will move through Friday night into Saturday with showers and thunderstorms possible. Saturday remains partly cloudy/sunny and humid as one cold front departs and another approaches with a chance for showers and afternoon/evening thunderstorms. Sunday will be partly cloudy and less humid with a slight chance for showers. Low pressure in the Canadian Maritimes keeps a chance for showers across the Valley Monday afternoon through Tuesday.
