Madawaska Selectmen to meet Feb. 11

MADAWASKA, Maine — The Madawaska Board of Selectmen will meet Monday, Feb. 11, at 6:30 p.m. at the Madawaska Town Office Council Chambers.


Chairman Duperre will call the meeting to order and establish a quorum.

Article 1 To consider the January 15, 2019 and January 29, 2019 Board of Selectmen meeting minutes.

Article 2 To consider a period of public participation.
Article 3 To consider other business and adjustments to the agenda.
Article 4 To Consider the Treasurers Warrants.
Article 5 To Consider a Change Order Proposal to the Downtown Building Demolition Project.
Article 6 To Consider appointments to the Kmart Plaza Advisory Group.
Article 7 To Consider an Application for Abatement of Property Taxes by the Twin Rivers Paper Company LLC, previously tabled for further consideration at the January 29, 2019, Emergency Board of Selectmen Meeting.

Article 8 To Consider Proposals from RealTerm Energy and Emera Maine for a Street Light Upgrade Project of Existing High-pressure Sodium Street Lights to LED.

Article 9 To Consider an update on Grand Plan Madawaska.
