An inmate who escaped from a correctional facility on the Canadian side of the St. John River across from Frenchville Saturday morning has been apprehended and is back in custody, according to a spokesperson for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
CBC news reported Saturday that Beaulieu, 38, escaped from the Madawaska Regional Correctional Centre in Saint-Hilaire, New Brunswick, at about 10:15 a.m. that morning.
