FORT KENT – Kelly O’Leary and Lupita Albert took the title of Men’s and Ladies Club Champions at the 2014 Fort Kent Golf Club Club Championship tournament on Saturday, Aug. 30 and Sunday, Aug. 31. The two-day tournament had 42 participants across different divisions for both the men and women.

FORT KENT– The Fort Kent Troop 189 Troop will host its annual North Star Fall Camporee this weekend from Friday, Sept. 12, until late Sunday morning on Sept. 14.

The theme for the weekend is, "Culture and History." Scout organizers are incorporating activities, such as a Blockhouse history memory match game, ploye toss, and jeopardy.
