MATTHEW JOSEPH TAYLOR
1991 – 2012
ST. AGATHA- Matthew Joseph Taylor, age 20, died unexpectedly on April 18, 2012, at his home in St. Agatha. He was born in Beverly, MA on December 16, 1991. He was the son of Timothy Larocque Sr. and Wendy Larocque. Matthew is survived by his twin brother, Charles Taylor of Madawaska and brothers, Joshua Taylor and Timothy Larocque, both of St. Agatha.
Matthew was a 2011 graduate of Wisdom High School and will be best remembered by his peers for his unique throw-in style during the soccer season. He also attended the St John Valley Technical School for two years, studying automotives. He had a passion for soccer and spent hours working on his truck. McDonalds in Madawaska employed him and he worked there along with his twin.
His family, friends, and co-workers will miss Matthew and his bright smile. All those who knew him feel a great sense of loss. A mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, April 23 at Our Lady of the Valley in St. Agatha at 10 a.m. Father James Albert officiated. Calling hours were from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. that morning at Michaud’s Funeral Home in St. Agatha. Burial will be in the spring in the St. Agatha Lower Cemetery.
