Construction activity on Main Street Madawaska also includes sidewalks

Send by email MADAWASKA - In addition to the long-awaited paving of Main Street in Madawaska that is slated to begin Monday, July 16, the town has put residents on notice that the Madawaska Public Works Department will be removing sidewalk pavers and resetting curbs from Legion Street to Twelfth Avenue beginning on Monday July 16 through July 27.

In the notice the town acknowledged the potential issues for Main Street businesses and their customers that the work would cause and apologized for the inconvenience.
