Madawaska selectmen to meet May 14

MADAWASKA, Maine — The Madawaska Board of Selectmen will meet Tuesday, May 14, 2019. at 6 p.m. in the Madawaska Town Office Council Chambers.


Chairman Duperre will call the meeting to order and establish a quorum.

Article 3 To Consider the Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes of April 16, and April 23, 2019.

Article 4 To Consider a Period of Public Participation.

Article 5 To Consider the Treasurers Warrants.

Article 6 To Consider a Request by the Frenchville Fire Department to install a Repeater in the Town Communications Building at Frontier Lane for the Firemen’s Paging System.

Article 7 To Consider a request for a Town Sewer Line Extension on Morin Avenue.

Article 8 To Consider an Application for Abatement of Property Taxes by the Town for the 478 Main Street Property, Map 3 Lot 30.

Article 9 To Consider the Valley Recycling Facility 2018 surplus refund.

Article 10 To Consider a Liquor License Renewal for the Inn of Acadia at 384 St. Thomas Street.

Article 11 To Consider a Liquor License Renewal for the Chez Helen at 109 12th Avenue.

Article 12 To Consider the 2019-2020 Madawaska Property & Equipment Certified Ratio.
