MADAWASKA, Maine — The Madawaska Board of Selectmen will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at the Madawaska Town Office Council Chambers.
Chairman Duperre will call the meeting to order and establish a quorum.

Article 6 To consider the Resignations from Madawaska Public Library Director Roger Corbin, and Finance Committee Member Mark Cyr.
Article 7 To Consider the Appointment of Dana Gendreau, Town Finance Director to the Valley Recycling Facility Board of Directors.
Article 8 To Consider a Design/Build Engineering Proposal by Woodard & Curran for the Downtown Revitalization Project.
Article 9 To Consider a Renewal of the Master Service Agreement with the Project Engineer Firm, Woodard & Curran.
