Fort Kent Criminal Docket — November 2018

FORT KENT, Maine — The  following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Fort Kent Courthouse during the month of November.

    Derek R. Beaulieu, 23, Madawaska: arson, dismissed; false public alarm or report, $500 fine; aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed.

    Pierre P. Verret, 42, Grand Isle: theft by deception, dismissed; failure to execute assignment and warranty of title, 30 days in jail.

    John M. Daigle, 49, New Canada: operating under the influence (alcohol) $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension.

    Michael G. Roy, 32, Eagle Lake: operating snowmobile under influence over 21, $500 fine.

    Albert J. Tarbox, 64, Madawaska: passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.

    Denis M. Dionne, 43, St. David: OUI (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.

    Kayla Valerie Boucher, 23, Fort Kent: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

    Pierre P. Verret, 42, Grand Isle: terrorizing, dismissed; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Jessie White, 40, Perham: operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, $1,000 fine, nine months and one day in prison; theft by unauthorized use of property, 60 days in jail, $575 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail.

    Clay A. McNamee, 39, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, $100 restitution.

    Jason J. Davenport, 45, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized use of property, 30 days in jail.

    Carla Rae Martin, 55, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 90 days in jail; criminal trespass, 90 days in jail.

    Nicholas N. LeBlanc, 30, Palermo: violation of fishing rule, $100 fine.

    Pierre P. Verret, 42, Grand Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.

    Eric J. Goode, 31, Brewer: violation of fishing rule, $100 fine.

    Thomas Donahue, 27, Presque Isle: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, filed on $1000 costs.

    Shelbie L. Wilson, 27, Madawaska: OUI (alcohol) $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension.

    Eldon J. Dionne, 60, Wallagrass: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension, $1270 restitution; operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, $250 fine.

    Sara R. Schlicher, 28, Madawaska: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine.

    Ronnie McBreairty, 35, Frenchville: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $1,000 fine.

    Philip R. Jacques Jr., 55, Rochester, N.H.: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.

    Mark Joshua Saucier, 33, Brewer: failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

    Bradley I. Birney, 47, Turner: shooting from motor vehicle, $200 fine.

    Tiffany J. Soucy, 25, Madawaska: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, dismissed.

    Mary C. Champlin, 34, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.

    Joshua M. Blanchette, 20, New Canada: operation of defective vehicle, $100 fine.

    Normand Poitras, 50, Van Buren: unauthorized subpermittee hunting moose, $200 fine.

    Robert J. Worster, 36, St. Albans: unlawful possession of wild animal or bird, $500 fine.

    Dianne E. Lary, 60, Litchfield: shooting from motor vehicle, $250 fine.

    Joseph T. Martin, 56, Eagle Lake: hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.

    Andrew Paradis, 23, Fort Kent: permitting attachment of false plates, $100 fine.

    Paul R. Frazier, 23, Madawaska: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.

    James Schwenke, 69, New Milford, Conn.: violating fishing rule, $100 fine.
