Fort Kent Criminal Docket — October 2018

FORT KENT, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Fort Kent Courthouse during the month of October 2018.

Shane Bouchard, 22, Fort Kent: eluding an officer, dismissed: OUI (alcohol),  $500 fine, two days in jail, 150-day license suspension; motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine, two days in jail; driving to endanger, dismissed; failing to stop for officer, $500 fine, two days in jail.

Danielle A. McQuarrie, 37, Madawaska: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two years and 10 months in prison, probation revoked;

Mark S. Cyr, 45, Madawaska: terrorizing, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.

Dariana Gonzalez, 24, New Britain, Conn.: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine.

Nathan A. Baron, 21, Madawaska: probation violation, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Jason J. Kirschmann, 36, Van Buren: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed; domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Roger Derr, 42, Bloomburg, Pa.: operating snowmobile under the influence over 21, dismissed.

Adam J. Ouellette, 30, Madawaska: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension; motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.

Adam M. Bouchard, 23, Fort Kent: terrorizing, 25 days in jail.

Shawna A. LaPointe-Cormier, 24, Van Buren: criminal trespass, $250 fine.

Nathan L. Hebert, 20, Fort Kent: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine.

Anne Nadeau, 66, Van Buren: OUI(alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension.

Erin K. Hannon, 32, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine.

Kobe Joseph Hafford, 21, Fort Kent: attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Jason J. Kirschmann, 36, Van Buren: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Aurora Dawnmarie Jerkins, 23, Fort Kent: attaching false plates, filed on $100 costs.

Jason J. Kirschman, 36, Van Buren: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.

Kathleen A. Smith, 60, Fort Kent: dangerous dog complaint violation, $300 fine; keeping unlicensed dog, $50 fine.
