Madawaska selectmen to meet Jan. 15 

MADAWASKA, Maine — The Madawaska Board of Selectmen will meet at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019, at the Madawaska Town Office council chambers.

The agenda follows.

Chairman Duperre will call the meeting to order and establish a quorum.

Article 1: To consider the December 10, and the December 19, 2018 Board of Selectmen meeting minutes.

Article 2: To consider a period of public participation.

Article 3: To consider other business and adjustments to the agenda.

Article 4: To Consider the Treasurer’s Warrants.

Article 5: To Consider an Insurance Coverages proposal by United Insurance for Liability and Property for the Mid-Town Realty Properties in the Downtown Shopping Plaza,

Article 6: To Consider Board of Selectmen Comments for the GSA/MDOT Supplementary Environmental Impact Study Public Comment Period Ending January 31, 2019.

Article 7: To Consider the Downtown Buildings Demo Project Bid Recommendation Letter by Project Engineer Woodard & Curran.

Article 8: Discussion/Considerations regarding the Mid-Town Shopping Plaza.

Article 9: To consider updates on Grand Plan Madawaska.

Article 10: To Consider the Appointment of the New Public Works Director; Executive session recommended: 1 M.R.S.A $ 405(6)(D).

Article 11: To Consider Recommendations for Amendments to the Town’s UDAG Program, and Review of Accounts by NMDC, the Town’s UDAG Administrator; Executive session recommended: 1 M.R.S.AS 405(6)(F).
