FORT KENT, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the fort Kent Courthouse during the month of August 2018.

Troy J. Soucy, 42, Madawaska: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Jesse E. Sirois, 35, Van Buren: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Anthony B. McBreairty lll, 20, T17-R4: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 100 days in jail; criminal trespass, 100 days in jail.

Kara Bouchard, 31, Eagle Lake: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.

Briana K. Deschaine, 22, Madawaska: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Clifford J. Cyr, 66, Madawaska: operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine.

Matthew S. Ouellette, 25, Eagle Lake: driving to endanger, filed on $300 costs.

Adam M. Bouchard, 23, Fort Kent: probation violation, 25 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

William Maith, 37, Madawaska: assault, dismissed.

Matthew R. Sands, 36, Caribou: failing to stop for officer, 30 days in jail; failing to operate ATV at prudent speed, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Albert Jackson, 77, St. Francis: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150 days license suspension; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Brianna Thomas, 20, Madawaska: burglary (three counts), two years in jail, all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, $23,700 restitution; aggravated criminal mischief (two counts), 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 30 days in jail.

Kevin J. Chamberland, 50, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, $6.76 restitution.

Wayne N. St. Peter, 46, T17-R4: theft by unauthorized use of property, $500 fine, 10 days in jail all suspended, administrative release sentence one year, $360.72 restitution.

Kassandra D. Castonguay, 27, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, $300 fine.

Britney L. Patterson, 31, Madawaska: assault, dismissed; refusing to sign criminal summons, $100 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.

Alex J. Beaupre, 24, St. David: OUI (drugs or combo), dismissed; reckless conduct, $750 fine.

Brianna Thomas, 19, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized use of property, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; operating vehicle without license, 30 days in jail.

Cindy Hall, 37, Van Buren: failing to stop,  provide information, $250 fine.

Ricki J. Belanger, 32, Wallagrass: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.

Lorenza J. Caron, 36, Fort Kent: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, two days in jail, 150-day license suspension.

Joseph D. Keaton, 24, Van Buren: domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.
