UMCE: we turn for diversity

EDMUNDSTON, New Brunswick — The UMCE Equality Committee has found a unique way to promote diversity at the Université de Moncton, Edmundston Campus (UMCE), through the “Diversity Wheel” event held on November 21st. Many students and staff members participated in the Diversity and Respect Week exercise. People were invited to turn the wheel installed in the footbridge located between the Simon-Larouche Pavilion and the student center Édupôle. On the deck of the wheel were affixed names of themes referring to a question related to diversity. Some prizes were drawn among the participants. The photo shows, from left to right, the members of the committee: Jocelyn Nadeau, Geneviève Roussy, Sylvie Morin, Francine LeBel, Sylvie Dube, Angel Dionne, Thomas Chassé and France Nadeau.
