
Dugal, Jandreau and Pelletier make all-state soccer teams
BANGOR, Maine — Sunday was an extra special day for three local soccer players as Jenna Dugal of Madawaska made the Northern Region all-state team for girls and Fort Kent teammates Camden Jandreau and Reece Pelletier were selected to the boys’ all-state squad.
Officials announced the picks during the 45th Maine Soccer Coaches All-Star Banquet, held at the Spectacular Events Center Sunday, Dec. 2.
The soccer coaches also recognized players making the Class B, C and D North region teams during the banquet. In addition to Dugal, teammate Isabelle Jandreau and the Fort Kent duo of Lexi Lovely and Gabby Martin were honored.
Boys from the area who were cited included Jandreau and Pelletier, along with Warrior teammates Noah Martin, Dylan Hebert and Austin Plourde. Tristan Cyr and Andrew Nadeau, both of Madawaska, and Matthew Burgess of Van Buren were other regional all-stars in their divisions.
