Carroll Patrick Madore
LIMERICK, Maine — Carroll Patrick Madore, 78, of Long Street in Limerick, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018, at his residence with his family by his side. He was born in Cyr Plantation, March 17, 1940, the son of Leo and Ruby Cormier Madore.
Carroll graduated from local schools. He then served his country in France, in the US Army. After his service to his country, he worked for many years in a body and fender shop. In 1996, he moved to Southern Maine and worked many years for Seabee Electric. Carroll enjoyed nature and spent many days on his back deck watching wildlife.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Dorothy Madore of Limerick; a son, Ryan Madore and wife, Holly, of Caribou; stepsons, Mack Bishop and wife, Lori, of Ft. Fairfield, and Joseph Holleran and wife, Lori, of Waterboro; two brothers, Mike Madore of Waldoboro and Gene Madore and wife, Linda, of Van Buren; three sisters, Charlene Dennison of Windham, Gale Madore of Old Orchard Beach, and Carol Ann Tardif and husband, Jim, of Penobscot, ME, seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and beloved nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives may call at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 13 Portland Rd, Buxton (Bar Mills) Monday, November 26, 2018, from 4 to 6 p.m.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Rev. Bill Chadwick will officiate.
Burial will be in the spring at Elder Gray Cemetery in Waterboro.

There will be a sharing of Carroll’s life at a meal at Ossipee Mountaineers Snowmobile Club, 255 Old Alfred Rd, East Waterboro, ME, after the service.
