Call center expanding Fort Kent operation

FORT KENT, Maine — Ameridial has announced it will expand its Fort Kent call center operation with the addition of 12 new positions, with training slated to begin Sept. 4.

As a local employer in Aroostook County since 2013, the North Canton, Ohio-based company is bringing jobs back to the local economy. Though corporate changes led to personnel layoffs at the Fort Kent call center in 2014, the company is now able to expand the local workforce.

“Our dedicated team in the Fort Kent office takes amazing pride in their work,” said Ameridial officials via a press release. “With the direction and leadership of tenured call center manager Karen Deprey, the team has excelled in meeting client needs.”

Founded in 1987, Ameridial operates ten call centers in Ohio, Maine and North Carolina.
