The parade concession will consist of members of the Madawaska High School band, the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, Madawaska Police Department, and the Fire and EMS departments.

“We usually have a good crowd,” said Commander Greg Morin of the American Legion.

At the conclusion of the parade, the American Legion Post 147 will serve hot dogs, chips, and refreshments to attendees. This event is open to the public.

“It is more like a somber parade to honor veterans that have passed,” Morin said. “I just hope we don’t get rain.”
