Grand jury indicts 30, including Presque Isle man on multiple domestic violence charges

CARIBOU, Maine — The Aroostook County grand jury indicted 30 people this session, including a Presque Isle man on multiple charges for allegedly assaulting a family member last year.

Aroostook County District Attorney Todd Collins said Thursday that Kaleb R. Dahlgren, 29, was indicted on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal restraint, theft, domestic violence terrorizing, and domestic violence assault. The crimes allegedly occurred against a family member on or about Oct. 6, 2017, in Presque Isle. The district attorney said that Dahlgren had previously been convicted of domestic violence assault on June 29, 2012, in Maine District Court in Presque Isle.

Collins said Thursday that the grand jury completed its first session of the year on Jan. 19.

He released the list of indictments Wednesday:

Neil C. Gahagan, 34, Fort Fairfield, operating after revocation, violation of conditions of release.

Hannah Chalou-Tardiff, 19, Fort Fairfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Nathan G. Larson, 38, Caribou, aggravated assault.

Jerry P. Ouellette, 55, Caribou, theft.

Arnold E. Robinson, 56, Presque Isle, violation of conditions of release.

Tristan L. Coon, 32, Limestone, theft, violation of conditions of release.

Dennis J. Clair, 39, Bridgewater, aggravated assault, criminal mischief (two counts).

Bonnie L. Sarmiento, 57, Washburn, theft, violation of conditions of release.

Jeremiah Therrien, 20, Presque Isle, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

R-Jay Jackson, 18, Castle Hill, unlawful possession scheduled drugs.

Melissa A. Ayotte, Van Buren, 36, violation of conditions of release.

Christopher Skidgel, 36, Washburn, criminal simulation, receiving stolen property.

Kurtis L. Dubois, 21, St. Francis, burglary, aggravated criminal mischief, theft.

Erika A. Soucy, 21, Fort Kent, burglary, aggravated criminal mischief, theft.

Brianna M. Thomas, 19, St. Francis, burglary, (two counts,) criminal mischief.

Michael C. Baron, 19, Fort Kent, burglary, theft, aggravated criminal mischief, violation of condition of release.

Cassandra J. Dubois, 19, St. Francis, aggravated criminal mischief.

Alicia Fiordellisi, 19, Wallagrass, burglary, theft, aggravated criminal mischief.

Nora V. Keyes, St. David,  47, St. David, tampering with a victim.

Kerry M. Keyes, St. David, 53, St. David, tampering with a victim.

Dee D. Cyr, Madawaska, 18, stealing drugs, violation of conditions of release.

Michael F. Skidgel, 58, Limestone, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, unsworn falsification, (two counts,) fraud, obtaining or possessing hunting license.

Kendall A. Voisine, 23, Frenchville, criminal operating under the influence, operating after revocation.

Amy A. Theriault, 36, Woodland, domestic violence assault, (two counts).

Theresa Corriveau, 55, Van Buren, tampering with a victim.

Nicholas J. Isaac, 33, Blaine,  assault on an officer, domestic violence assault, violation of conditions of release.

Chad B. Walton, 36, Mars Hill,  domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing.
