Gladys F. Michaud (1925—2018)

EAGLE LAKE, Maine — Gladys F. Michaud, died January 2, 2018, at her daughters’ home, surrounded by her loving family. The daughter of the late Eloi and Emilia (Saucier) Fournier, Gladys was born on October 8, 1925, in Orneville, and grew up in Eagle Lake where she lived for many years before moving to Florida. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by six sons, Norman Roy Roalf and his wife, Theresa, Roderick Roalf and his wife, Joella, Rudy Michaud and his wife, Norma, Michael Michaud and his wife, Geneva, Guy Michaud and his wife, Mary, Keith Michaud      and his wife, Jamie; three daughters, Dale McKinney and her husband, Stephen, Debra Blair and her husband, Louis, Rose Ricciardi and her husband, Mike; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by Norman Harrison Roalf Sr.; Bertrand Michaud, spouse of 49 years; George Shaw, spouse of 9 years; and by her daughter, Terry Michaud.

In accordance to her wishes, services will be private. She will be buried in Eagle Lake next to her husband. Memorial donations may be made in loving memory to the American Cancer Society, 1 Bowdoin Mill Island, Suite 300, Topsham, ME 06086.
