PAWS Pet of the Week — Lester

PAWS Animal Welfare Shelter presents Lester as the Pet of the Week. Lester is a sweet boy who was rescued from a life outside, where he spent last winter.

Fortunately, a kind woman kept him fed, but he really appreciates being comfortable, warm and loved. He loves being petted and looking out the window at the shelter. He has never been aggressive even when he was very frightened on the day of his arrival. Lester has been neutered and brought up to date on his shots. He is an orange tabby and believed to be about two years old. Orange tabby cats are known for being affectionate and Lester is no exception. To see him, visit Valley Cat Haven during open hours Saturday, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., or call Jean at 207-543-7348 for an appointment.
