Police charge Fort Kent man with domestic violence assault
FORT KENT, Maine — A local man is facing a charge of domestic assault following a 911 call to the Fort Kent Police Department on Saturday, Sept. 23.
The caller reported a disturbance at an East Main Street residence at about 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
Officer Michael DeLena investigated and arrested Paul Langenbach, 37, on a charge of domestic violence assault, a Class C felony. DeLena reported that Langenbach assaulted a woman at the residence.
Police transported Langenbach to the Aroostook County Jail in Houlton. He will appear at Fort Kent District Court on Monday, Nov. 5.
