UMFK men’s soccer scores big on New Brunswick road trip

The University of Maine at Fort Kent men’s soccer team went 2-0 on a  recent road trip to Fredericton, New Brunswick, scoring 10 goals and allowing only one.

On Sunday, the Bengals earned a 2-1 win against the University of New Brunswick Varsity Reds.

The day before, UMFK outscored the Tommies of St. Thomas University 8-0 for the shutout victory.

The men’s soccer squad is the defending USCAA champions. The players make their home debut Sept. 14 against the University of Maine at Machias.
