Robert ‘Bobby’ Morneault

EAGLE LAKE, Maine – Robert ‘Bobby’ Morneault, 73, of Eagle Lake, ME, passed away on August 23, 2017 at a Bangor hospital with his son at his side. Bobby was predeceased by his father Octave Morneault of Eagle Lake and his mother Cecile (Lafrance) Morneault also of Eagle Lake, his two sisters Jackie Morneault of Bristol, CT, Lola (Morneault) Hooper of Plainville, CT, one brother (unknown name) who died at a very young age and his brother-in-law Leonard Morneault of Bristol, CT.

He is survived by his beloved partner Sylvia Smart of Eagle Lake, son Ryan Morneault and wife Carrie of Caribou, ME, step daughter Bernadette (Burn) Paradis and husband Dan of Fort Kent, and his beloved nieces and nephew Tammy, Kelly, Sandy, and Gary all of Connecticut.
Those who knew Bobby know that he was a hard worker who was a bit of a clown at times. Bobby loved his family very much and loved to visit with them. He cherished times spent with his son. Bobby enjoyed food and loved to share a meal with family and friends, this was one of his greatest joys. Robert was a life member of the Knights of Columbus in the Forth Degree Council # 0352 of Fort Kent.
Friends may call August 30, 2017, Monday 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent. Committal services will be held 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Eagle Lake. Arrangements are in the care of Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent.
