Louis Daigle

ST. DAVID, Maine – Louis Daigle, 85, passed away on August 22, 2017 at a Fort Kent health care facility. He was born in St. David on December 30, 1931, son of the late Fred and Annie (Hebert) Daigle.

After graduating from Madawaska High School, Louis moved to Connecticut where he worked for Pratt and Whitney for many years until his retirement. He is survived by two brothers, Gerard Daigle of Frenchville, Armand Daigle and his wife Valeda of Madawaska; one sister, Florence Daigle of Presque-Isle. Louis was predeceased by two brothers, Albert and Emile.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated 10 a.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the St. David Cemetery. For friends offered condolences at St. David Church from 9 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. before the service on Monday. Interment was held immediately following the service in the Parish cemetery.
