Jamboree to hit Grand Isle community stage

GRAND ISLE, Maine — The Grand Isle ATV Club’s midsummer “Jamboree” this weekend at the community stage in Grand Isle will feature live music by Turning Point, as well as various food vendors.

The recently renovated stage, located in the parking lot of what was once the Grand Isle Elementary School, hosts a variety of musical event throughout the summer.

Along with music, dancing and food, the fundraiser event will include a beer garden.

The club’s annual event will be from 6 to 9 p.m., Saturday, July 29. Tickets for this year’s jamboree are $10 and may be purchased from ATV club members.
