SJV Weather for Wednesday, July 19 – Tuesday, July 25, 2017

A slow-moving cold front to the northwest of the Valley will slowly move east Wednesday and Thursday before pushing through the area Thursday night into Friday. Showers and thunderstorms are possible during the period along with humid conditions Wednesday and Thursday. Canadian high pressure moves behind the cold front in with cooler, drier conditions for Saturday and much of Sunday. Low pressure from the Great Lakes brings clouds and a chance for showers to the Valley Sunday night into Monday. A new ridge of high pressure builds eastwards Tuesday with partly cloudy conditions expected across northern Maine.
