SJV Weather for Wednesday, July 12, to Tuesday, July 18, 2017

High pressure will bring a cooler, drier air mass to the Valley Wednesday before moving east of the region Wednesday night. Increased clouds are expected overnight into Thursday as a low pressure system moving along a frontal boundary in southern New England brings a chance for showers to the region early Thursday. Skies become mostly clear through early Saturday as a new ridge of high pressure  builds across the region.

A cold front from the northwest brings a chance of showers Saturday afternoon through Sunday followed by partly cloudy skies Monday as high pressure near the Great Lakes moves east. A slight chance of showers is possible Monday evening thanks to a warm front to the northwest in Canada. Tuesday sees partly cloudy to mostly clear skies and warm summertime temperatures across the Valley.
