CONNOR TWP., Maine — Maine State Police have charged a Connor Twp. man for hosting an underage drinking party Saturday night, June 3.

Sgt. Jeffrey Clark said in a press release that at approximately 9:30 p.m. Saturday, the Maine State Police Troop F received an anonymous complaint of an underage drinking party that was happening on the Cote Rd in Connor Twp.

Tr. Ryan Kilcollins located the party behind a residence on the Cote Rd.  There were approximately 15 to 20 underage people there. Kilcollins determined that the host of the party was Cameron Perley, age 18.  The officer conducted breath tests using his portable breathalyzer on the underaged people and confirmed that six had been consuming alcohol.

Kilcollins charged the host of the party with providing a place for minors to consume alcohol.  He was assisted by a US Border Patrol Agent.

Clark said Perley’s court date has been set for Aug. 10.
