Caribou man accused of stealing snowmobile, car among those indicted by Aroostook grand jury
CARIBOU, Maine — A Caribou man was indicted by the Aroostook County grand jury after allegedly stealing a car and a snowmobile on Jan. 1, 2017.
Nathan R. Morrow, 23, was indicted on two counts of theft and one each of operating after revocation, operating under the influence and violation of conditions of release.
According to Caribou police, a vehicle owner at the Caribou Inn and Convention Center initially called the department to report that someone had stolen her vehicle from the parking lot. Police located Morrow driving the vehicle north on Route 1, and he was soon arrested.
Later than evening, while Morrow was in custody, another person at the motel alerted police that her snowmobile was missing. Police later found the abandoned snowmobile stuck off of a trail close to the inn.
