Madawaska Selects Ouellette for Deputy Clerk Position

MADAWASKA, Maine — Town Clerk Amy Ouellette has announced the selection of Lee Ann Ouellette to fill the vacant Deputy Clerk position at the Madawaska Town Office. She replaces Nathalie Morneault who was recently promoted.

“Lee Ann was selected from a pool of 14 applicants. She has prior municipal experience having worked for the Town of Madawaska between 2007-2013 in a variety of positions including General Assistance Administrator, Community Development Assistant and she also worked in the Finance Department. Her vast experience will benefit our Town Office operations,” Ouellette said.

She will provide front counter support including all daily transactions including payment collections, registrations, vital records and elections support. In addition, she will provide administrative support to the code enforcement office and planning and zoning boards.

Ouellette was most recently employed by the Madawaska School Department and previously worked for a local financial institution. She resides in Madawaska with her boyfriend Michael and her two children.
