SINCLAIR and FORT KENT, Maine — Clemence M. Collin, 77, died peacefully on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at a Fort Kent healthcare facility. She was born in St. Aubert, Quebec, Canada on June 7,1939, the daughter of Maurice and Marie Anne (Robichaud) Fortin. She is survived by two sons, Tommy of Sinclair and John and partner, Tina Hebert of Caribou; four daughters, Mary Ann Adams of Destin, Fla., Gerry and her husband, Michael Douds of Chipley, Fla., Cindy Collins of Sinclair, and Sharon and lifetime partner, Tim Daigle of Sinclair; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; 11 siblings, Denise and Jean-Luc Gagnon of St. Roch des Aulnaies, Que., Lina and partner, Gaitan Lamarre of St. Jean Port Joli, Que., Celine and partner, Gaston Caron of St. Jean Port Joli, Leonard of St. Louise, Que., Louis Aubert and Lise of St. Aubert, Que., Eugene and Francine of St. Louise, Claudette St. Pierre of St. Jean Port Joli, Jean Marie and Louisette of St. Aubert, Denis and Francine of St. Louise, Diane and Pierre of St. Jean Port Joli, and Normand and Claude Miville of  St. Jean Port Joli. She was predeceased by her husband, Gerard M. Collin and one daughter, Shirley. Friends and relatives may call from 8:30 a.m until time of service on Thursday, July 14, at the Michaud Funeral Home, St. Agatha. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Sinclair with Rev. Kent Ouellette officiating. Burial will be at the Maine Veterans Cemetery in Caribou.
